*　This vehicle also passed unnaturally in front of my house on August 3, 2019 and stopped in front of a neighbor’s house.
0356-1217　Police vehicle passed.
1522　A rental car stopped in an unnatural place and an oncoming car approached me.
1750　Unnaturally, the cab stopped and an oncoming car approached me.
