White Car Goes Back and Forth and Four Planes fly at low altitude　EDR March #19 2019

What was the white car wandering for ?(They must be property company.)
Four khaki airplanes flew at a low altitude.
I asked a woman who lives near there about plane’s flying. She said “I noticed on the beginning of January this year. Because of a low altitude, it’s so scary.”
