集団ストーカーのメンバーは以下のような行動を取ることがある。
特定の音 -例えばレジ袋の音- をたてることで、加害者は被害者にその音を反応させる。これを「条件づけ」という。
被害者はレジ袋の音を聞いただけで加害者が近くにいると感じるようになる。
　
「条件付け」は心理学で「パブロフの犬」として有名である。
　
集団ストーカーは、「条件付け」の要素を悪用したものである。

Some members of Gang Stalker often do as following:
Making some noise such as plastic bags, the perpetrators make the victims react. This is called “conditioning.”
For example, Hearing the sound of plastic bag, the victims come to feel the perpetrators maybe nearby.
　
“Conditioning” is well known in Psychology as the “Pavlov’s dog.”
　
It is “Gang Stalking” that the papetrator abuse the element of “conditioning .”
