*　It wouldn’t moved easily.
*　A couple with a neighborhood beagle dog stopped in front of the camera.

They do these things repeatedly on purpose. As a result, victims of gang stalkers come to feel that an unrelated third party is being harmed even if they happen to do the same thing.
