0:02　A police vehicle passed.
0:05　The path leading to the garbage dumpster was blocked by landscapers.
0:23　Me : Excuse me, may I come through?
0:31　They were cutting the vegetation of an adjacent house, but this was on the grounds of a railroad company.
1:22　It was a Chishima General Construction vehicle.
1:25　I would venture to say that their actions are suspected of forcible obstruction of business.
1:36　A customer says, “I think I might have put my phone in the trash by mistake.

1:46　I checked the garbage bag on the spot.
